1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions (T&C) define the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with the sale of products offered on the Raijin website, including custom-built gaming PCs and accessories.
By placing an order on this website, the customer fully accepts these T&C without reservation.

2. Products

All products available on Raijin are described and presented with the highest possible accuracy.
Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Raijin cannot be held responsible for minor differences (e.g. color shades, equivalent components depending on availability).

3. Prices

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).
Raijin reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but orders will be billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase confirmation.

4. Orders

Any order placed through the Raijin website implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Raijin reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of dispute or suspicion of fraud.

Once the order has been confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are secured through Shopify’s integrated payment gateways (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other available methods).
Raijin does not store any banking or payment information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance and product availability.

Raijin cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers.

🚚 Average delivery times:

Custom PCs: 7 to 21 business days (depending on configuration and component availability)
Accessories: 2 to 5 business days

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

🚫 Exceptions:

Custom-built PCs made to the customer’s specifications are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

8. Warranty & After-Sales Service

All products sold by Raijin are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects.

Custom PCs assembled by Raijin include a 2-year workshop warranty.

9. Liability

Raijin shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from product use (data loss, software incompatibility, etc.).
Raijin’s liability is limited to the total amount of the customer’s order.

10. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the ordering process is required to process purchases and deliver products.
Raijin processes customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the “Privacy Policy” page.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, graphics, logos, brand names) is the exclusive property of Raijin and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
If no agreement is reached, the competent court shall be that of Raijin’s registered office.
